Where we deliver

Café Kingdom delivers throughout Australia. Standard delivery is a flat $19.95 per order, displayed at checkout before payment. We do not currently accept international orders through the website.

How orders are sent

After you place an order, Café Kingdom passes the details to our fulfilment partner to pack and dispatch. Our fulfilment partner aims to dispatch in-stock orders within two business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you about the available options. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately. We will pass on tracking information when it is provided to us.

Delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or requires redelivery, contact Café Kingdom at cafekingdom@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
