Need help with an order?

If there is a problem with a product you bought from Café Kingdom, contact us at cafekingdom@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded by this page.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as practical and, if possible, include photos of the product and packaging. We will advise the next steps and any return postage arrangements for your case.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind or are otherwise dissatisfied, contact us before sending anything back so we can discuss the available options. Any optional return arrangement will be explained to you before you send the item.

Please do not send products directly to a supplier or to our contact address unless Café Kingdom provides return instructions.
